ADHD brains, due to our lower levels of dopamine and norepinephrine can result in us being both hypervigilant to, and under-reactive to pressure.
Or…. innovative and good in a crisis! We need us in organisations. But sometimes others find it hard to keep up with our tangential thinking or messy desks. We might have difficulties with colleagues if we are both impatient and super passionate. Different thinking styles in teams can move mountains, and we need diversity, but our differences can also cause friction and anxiety. Why don’t we throw in a few perfectionist tendencies, some time blindness and a bundle of imposter-like feeling and … you get the drift.
